Call us and we can set you up with an affordable streaming music service solution to keep your business in compliance.

Networked Audio Video

Most AV integrators would agree that “Cat”, short for Category 5 or Category 6 cabling, also referred to as ethernet cable, is the most versatile cable in our industry. Commonly this cable is used to carry data around the networks that exist in our world. You connect your computer or smart device to this cabling for it to get online. This is the cabling infrastructure that a networked AV system runs on. Simply, a networked AV system is a system where all the primary components communicate with each other over a LAN(local area network) using standards based communication protocols. Why is this important? Well, there are a few reasons why we love networked AV 1. It’s easy to expand 2. It’s easy to retrofit 3. It’s easy to monitor and troubleshoot.

Large Format Projectors & Video Walls

The crew here at CoAV have installed some BIG screens in our time doing this work and whether it’s to add some high impact visuals to your casino, or some big branding to your retail store, we’ve got solutions for you including the latest and greatest in laser projectors and direct view LED walls.

Cell Boost

Cell service dead spots in commercial buildings is a common problem. We have solutions from Wilson Electronics that can help with this. If you’re in the design stage, get us some prints and we’ll engineer a solution that can be installed during buildout, along with the rest of the low voltage. If you have an existing space, give us a call and we’ll come to take some measurements, perform a site survey, and get you a quote, free of charge.

Assistive Listening

Many people suffer from some form of hearing loss making it hard for them to participate in and enjoy things like town halls and church services. The way we solve for this in the AV industry is with assistive listening solutions. These solutions can manifest in some different hardware, but they all basically do the same thing and that’s to take the presentation audio and to send it out in a way that can be received by some sort of 3rd party device, like headphones or a phone app. Assistive listening solutions can usually be added onto an existing system and if you have a space that holds public events, of any kind, then you’re required to be in compliance with ADA laws.

Legacy Upgrades

We’re looking at you Bar/Restaurant from the 90s! It’s time to upgrade that old RGB video distribution to something digital and we’ve got affordable solutions for you. We’ve seen it all in terms of AV nightmares and want to help your system get back to running smoothly, using the current technology. Contact us and we’ll come out for a free site survey to see how we can help.

Networked AV

Distributing AV over IP has many advantages: Input\Output configurations are not confined to standard chassis limitations therefore systems can be much more scalable and flexible. Category cable allows for longer cabling lengths to be run using existing or new Cat5E\6 cable. And best of all, AV over IP offers tremendous cost savings versus traditional AV matrix switchers in large and small deployments. All in all, AV over IP ensures a future forward solution for our clients.

Video Teleconferencing

Video teleconferencing (VTC) is a technology that facilitates the communication and interaction of two or more users through a combination of high-quality audio and video over internet protocol (IP) networks. Such setups are highly useful in business and enterprise computing because they simulate real and face-to-face communication over sophisticated digital platforms and established telecommunication networks. Video teleconferencing helps users save money, time and effort. Because VTC may be used to remotely connect users from all over the world, an effective VTC setup can replace the high costs of travel to meetings and conferences.

Distributed Media

Commercial audio and video distribution systems send music and video content throughout your office or facility via a central media feed. We offer tested solutions that are great for background music and paging systems as well as video distribution for cable TV and digital signage. These can all be controlled from a single location via an iPad, web browser or touch panel making it a breeze for even those who are not so tech savvy.

Content Delivery

Delivering content to displays is a fundamental requirement for most businesses. In a world now dominated by smartphones and tablets, it is not always possible to utilize technology like you should be able to. Whether it is connecting wirelessly and sharing your screen for all to see or huddle room solutions where multiple users can display content at the same time, you shouldn’t have to lose productivity. We offer a variety of solutions to ensure that everyone has the ability to contribute to your collaborative space.

Audio DSP

Digital Signal Processing (DSP) refers to various techniques for improving the accuracy and reliability of digital communications. The theory behind DSP is quite complex. Basically, DSP works by clarifying, or standardizing, the levels or states of a digital signal. A digital signal processor can differentiate between human-made signals, which are orderly, and noise, which is inherently chaotic. Removing these problematic issues, whether it’s echo, hissing, humming or background noise takes algorithmic manipulation that’s highly specialized to address each problem. DSP is about making audio sound better by removing all the unwanted noise to achieve a successful and productive collaboration.

Digital Signage

Change the way you engage with customers, and where and how you reach them, with a system that shares visual messages on electronic displays(LED/LCD etc.). With the digital signage solution we employ, you can easily create content, customize views and broadcast information such as text, graphics and video in a dynamic way to maximize connection with your target audience. Our solution leverages the cloud to communicate instantly and securely while allowing you to control all your content, at one or multiple locations, through a web browser.

Video Walls & Projection

Need your video content or images to really stand out? We offer solutions for both video walls and large format projectors and screens as well as architectural video wall solutions from Planar Mosaic.

Legacy Upgrades

Is your bar or restaurant still using an old analog distribution system for its displays? Colorado Audio Video has solutions for you to upgrade your system to digital potentially using your existing wiring infrastructure. Call today to set up a free consultation and estimate!

Assisted Listening Solutions

COAV now offers commercial solutions for assistive listening. Assistive listening Technology is technology that can help in various listening situations. Often, a hearing aid or an implant is not enough. In such cases, there are technologies that are designed to help people hear better. These are designed to enhance telephone communication, TV reception or listening in various kinds of public venues.
